Sports are of great importance for us. They can help us build up our body and become refreshed.
Basketball is my favourite sport, which is full of fun and challenge. Of all the matches I’ve experienced, my first basketball match in senior high school is the most unforgettable. Our rival was a skillful team with several champion titles. It turned out as expected, we fell behind most of the time. However, although there were difficulties, each of us spared no efforts and we played as a team. Our hard work finally paid off. We managed to win 3 scores at the final moment!
Basketball enriches my spare time, both physically and mentally. I love this game! Let’s all love sports and life.

I am very happy to be here to make a speech today. The topic is “One Thing I Keep Doing”.
I love running and I have kept running for six years. When I was nine years old, I was often ill. So I made up my mind to run to keep healthy. At first, I was not good at sports and running was always my weakness. But my father encouraged me all the time. With his help, I kept running every day after school. Sometimes I was so tired that I really wanted to give up. But I kept telling myself that I could make it. No matter what kind of difficulty I faced, I tried my best to keep running. Now I do much better in running. I’m very healthy. I’m very proud of myself and I’m ready for any challenge in the future.

It’s my great honor to have a chance to give a speech here. I’m a huge fan of sports. I think that doing sports can not only be relaxing, but also be good for our health.
My favorite sport is running. I run for an hour every morning. I only need to buy a pair of comfortable sports shoes for it. It costs very little. By doing sports, I am getting healthier and healthier now. And I’m more outgoing. I have also made many friends. Therefore, I suggest that students will do more sports.
Here are a few tips. Firstly, doing sport should be appropriate. Secondly, before doing sports, it is important to understand one’s physical condition. Thirdly, doing sport requires persistence. Finally, I hope my classmates become stronger and stronger.

As students, we can do different kinds of sports after class. As for me, I think walking is good for health. I often walk on the playground for half an hour. Another sports that I like is playing football. I often play it with my friends after school. It is very interesting.
There is no doubt that doing sports is helpful for us. It can not only build up our bodies but also help keep us healthy and strong. What’s more, when we feel stressed, we can do some sports to relax ourselves. The most important is that we can make friends when we do sports. I met my best friend when I once played football on the playground.

Doing sports brings us lots of advantages. It not only does good to our body and mind but also can make us happy. Everyone should set aside some time to do sports. There are different kinds of ways to do sports. For example, we can jump a rope or run in a park in the morning. We can also go bike riding with our friends, which is very relaxing. Besides, playing football with our friends is also a good way to exercise. Let’s start to do sports now!

As the saying goes, “You don’t know what health is until you lose it.” So it is very important to live a healthy life. Here is my advice.
First, you should do more exercise to build up your body. Maybe running in the morning is a good choice. At the same time, you’d better get enough sleep during the night. You are supposed to go to bed early and get up early. Staying up late is harmful to your health. And then it’s a good idea to keep a balanced diet and develop a good eating habit. For example, it’s necessary to eat some fruit and vegetables every day. More importantly, holding an active and optimistic attitude toward life is rather important. Whenever you are in trouble, you can try to communicate with your parents and learn to relax.
All in all, I hope everyone can pay more attention to health and everyone can benefit from healthy living habits.

Health is very important to us. Good health can help us enjoy our life more. But how to keep us healthy?
First, we should eat healthy food. We’d better eat more vegetables and fruits. It’s important for us to keep a balanced diet. Second, we have to get rid of bad habits. We must have a regular breakfast. The more regularly we eat, the healthier we are. Third, it’s good for us to go to bed early and get up early. Finally, we need to take enough exercise to make us strong.
If we do like that, we’ll have a happy and healthy life.
